After work and on the weekends, Rita has been living in sports mode for several months. For muscle building and cardio outdoors, in all weathers and indoors. “I joined Running club Arpajon in June and coach Corinne Tachet who followed me. I run with them on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. This summer I went to Asv’Olt to explore the sport of canoeing. Then I signed up with the archers of ASPTT of Aurillac, who introduced me to archery. And lately I’ve been training once a week with Cantal VTT Evolution and David Brassac. That’s why I’m putting my private life aside for a bit, I’m just in the preparation phase… I plan to continue these sports when I return, but maybe it’s not as intense as before,” he says at once. laugh.

Last Wednesday, she got her bag, t-shirts, and all the stuff stamped by Raid Amazons. Enough to raise the pressure a notch. “There’s a lot of stress, that’s for sure, but I can’t wait to leave. I can’t wait to climb the legendary Lion Rock and explore this country I’ve never been to, its culture, its landscapes, and of course the other participants. Not just to get there on the podium, but to cross the finish line every day.” And I’m going to live my adventure.”
